Frequently asked questions

  • Why should I choose Marasigan Heating and Air?
We are an honest and reliable HVAC company, taking pride in knowing that we service great quality work for the best price!
  • Does Marasigan Heating and Air offer financing?
Yes we do! Just give us a call at (707) 419-4460 to discuss more about your options.
  • How do I know if I need a repair vs. replacement?
Our knowledgable and skilled technicians will come out and diagnose your system and let you know if you need a simple repair or a new system. We take all the guesswork out for you!
  • What size heating and air conditioning system do I need?
Many factors go into determining the size of the system: type of house, walls, and size of windows, insulation, basement and attic conditions, house orientation, etc. Our technicians will visit the house and take detailed measurements and notes to determine the size of equipment needed to bring comfort to your home.
  • What is the difference between high efficiency and standard efficiency?
Both systems will heat your home, have the same life expectancy, use gas and electric power sources, and have smart phone compatible thermostat options. The difference with a high efficiency system is that it has a variable speed blower which means lower electrical usage and increased comfort. It has dual heat exchangers which means lower gas usage and increased comfort. These reductions in gas and electric typically provided payback within 3-6 years of initial purchase. In short, this unit is more energy efficient and saves you money in the long run, but can cost more to install upfront.
